Monoblock containers leave the factory assembled to the agreed scope, ready for unloading, positioning and site-service connections. Flat-pack containers travel as roof and floor cassettes with separate panels and assembly components, reducing freight volume while requiring assembly at destination.
How many flat-pack containers fit in a 40-foot high-cube container?+
Up to eight basic sets can typically be loaded for modules approximately 2.40 m wide and 5.95–6.00 m long without pre-installed bathrooms or kitchens. Insulation thickness, accessories and the final packing arrangement can change this quantity; the confirmed packing list governs each shipment.
How is a fully demountable kit different from flat-pack supply?+
Flat-pack supply typically retains assembled floor and roof cassettes. A fully demountable kit separates more of the frame into individual components and requires more site assembly. The exact packing arrangement, fasteners, drawings and installation scope are confirmed for each order.
Can the modules be used in two- or three-storey buildings?+
Yes. Multi-storey configurations are developed project by project after structural loads, access stairs, fire strategy, circulation and local requirements are confirmed.
