Shipping & installation

Design the delivery route at the same time as the building.

A good export package answers four questions early: how it is packed, how it moves, what arrives first and who assembles it.

Plan your delivery
01

Select supply format

Factory-complete modules, flat-pack sets, panelised buildings or marked steel packages are compared against route and site conditions.

02

Prepare the export pack

Packing lists, component marks, loading sequence, drawings and commercial documents are coordinated with the agreed delivery scope.

03

Move to destination

Container, truck and sea-freight planning is developed with the selected Incoterm and destination port or delivery point.

04

Assemble and hand over

Installation manuals, remote guidance, supervision or a defined site team can be included according to the contract.

Commercial delivery options

Incoterms are agreed per quotation.

Availability and responsibility depend on destination, freight route and project size. The signed offer—not the website—defines the contract.

EXW

Ex Works

Buyer arranges collection, export transport and onward delivery from the named production location.

FOB

Free On Board

Seller scope is developed to the named port of loading; ocean freight and destination costs follow the agreed Incoterm.

CIF

Cost, Insurance & Freight

Ocean freight and insurance can be priced to the named destination port when commercially available.

DAP

Delivered at Place

Delivery to a named place may be evaluated where inland logistics and local import responsibilities are clear.
