What is included in each building approach?
The correct format depends on shipping volume, road access, crane availability, local assembly skill, programme and the level of factory completion required.
Flat-pack containersRoof and floor frames, columns, insulated panels, openings and service items packed as a knock-down kit for destination assembly.
Factory-complete modulesThree-dimensional units dispatched substantially assembled where route, lifting and programme make this preferable.
Prefabricated buildingsPanelised structural and envelope packages for larger rooms, schools, clinics, offices and social buildings.
LGS / CFSCold-formed, numbered steel members or panels coordinated with bracing, openings, insulation and linings.
Steel warehousesProject-designed primary frames, secondary steel, bracing, connections and cladding interfaces for the required span and height.
